Users under the age of 18 cannot enter into an agreement with IDEO, and we ask that they do not submit any Personal Information to us. and agree to the TOU and enter into the agreement with IDEO.
Pursuant to California’s Digital Online Eraser Law (California Senate Bill 568), users under the age of 18 have the right to remove, or request the removal of, content or information they have posted on the Site or App.
Please be advised that any information you post to a bulletin board, message board, chat room, community, or other forum is publicly viewable. We strongly recommend that all users avoid posting personal or sensitive information.

Deleting or Editing a Comment: Should you wish to delete or edit content or information you have posted on the Services, you may do so. Once you post content (such as a “Moment” or “Idea”), you have the ability to hover over the content in order to edit or delete it.
Removal of this content or information from public view does not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal. After your removal request has been honored, we may retain copies of the content or information you have previously posted on our servers. We are not required to remove your posted content or information if it has been rendered anonymous or if we are required by law to retain it. Additionally, we do not have control over third parties (e.g., other users) who may have copied or reposted this information.
Our primary purposes in collecting Personal Information are to: (i) provide you and other users with a safe, smooth, and efficient experience of the Services, (ii) provide you with Materials related the Services, and (iii) be able to contact you in connection with your participation on the Services. We only collect Personal Information about you that we consider necessary for achieving these purposes.
When you login through the Services, we will ask you for personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you like your name or email address, or other information which could be reasonably linked to such identifying information by us (“Personal Information”). You also have the option to save a picture to your profile.
If you login to the Services using Google OAuth, the following information from Google, if it has been made publically available by you on Google, will be stored on our servers – ID, first and last names, email address, country, locale, and gender (“Login Information”). Additionally, your Google profile picture becomes part of your Login Information. Your Google ID will be your username for the Site.
We also collect Personal Information when you send us an email message. We use this Personal Information to provide the Services and administer your inquiries.
Certain information that does not identify you (“Non-Identifying Information”) would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other identifiers (for example, combining your zip code with your street address) in a way that enables you to be identified. But the same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other Non-Identifying Information (for example, your country and gender). We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other users of the Services to attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of the Services, and to analyze and understand how the Services are used. We may also use the combined information without aggregating it to serve you specifically, for instance to deliver a product or service to you according to your preferences or restrictions, or to send you user surveys or requests for feedback. When you visit the Site, we automatically track certain information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Site. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve you and our community. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on the Site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the Site or not), access times and dates, your computer browser information, your Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), and other statistics (“Log Data”). We use Log Data to monitor and analyze use of the Services and for the Services’s technical administration, to increase the Services’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor them to our visitors’ needs. IDEO may disclose information we have collected from you when we believe in good faith that the law or legal process requires it, or when it is necessary to do so to protect the rights or property of IDEO or others. As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any of your Personal Information to third parties without your explicit consent. The following describes some of the ways that your Personal Information may be disclosed in the normal scope of our business, and you authorize us to do this for the purposes of the use, operation, and any investigations into the information on the Site or App.
Service Providers for Our Operations: We may use third parties as service providers to perform Site- or App-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, and/or improvement of the Sites and App’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how the Services are used. Legal Requests: IDEO cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws and intellectual property rights. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, and email address (if you have provided this information to us). Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy, we will not otherwise disclose your Personal Information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss; or to report suspected illegal activity.
You agree to maintain and promptly update and keep accurate, current and complete any profile information you provide to us. You can change your username, email address, password, contact and other information by going to your profile.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a Child who has created an account, please email us at email@example.com to have that Child’s account deleted.
If you lose control of your password, you may lose control over your Personal Information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Information collected from students (including Personal Information) is never used or disclosed for third party advertising, including any kind of first- or third-party behaviorally targeted advertising.

We encourage you to review their terms of service agreements and privacy policies before providing information to them.
We use reasonable physical, procedural, technical and administrative security measures to protect your Personal Information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect your privacy.
However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
